What we keep

Chats with Midnight. You can play without an account, and guest chats stay anonymous. They’re saved under a random ID from your browser, with no name, email, account or IP address attached. The only things attached are basic stats about that visit, like your rough location (city level), device type and play time. They’re deleted after 30 days, and Midnight herself won’t remember them. The Yanah team can read guest chats to understand how the game is played and make it better, so please don’t share anything you wouldn’t want saved.

If you sign in. Your chats are stored with your account, only so Midnight can remember you next time. They aren’t part of the guest chats we review, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your account. If you sign in with Google, we keep your name, email address and a profile ID.

Your IP address. It’s used to limit abuse and estimate your location, and is only held for a short time. It isn’t saved with your chats.

Your microphone. It’s only used when you choose to talk. If you’re signed out, your browser’s own speech recognition handles it. If you’re signed in, the audio goes to OpenAI to be turned into text. We keep the text as a chat, not the recording.

Who else handles it

We don’t sell your data. These services help run Yanah: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), OpenAI (writes Midnight’s replies, so your chats and game moves pass through it), Google (sign-in and site analytics) and the Internet Archive (music on the radio). Stripe handles any payment.

Your choices

To see or delete what we hold about your account, email sanchittech0.01@gmail.com or jaisharma1252@gmail.com. Guest chats have no name on them, so we usually can’t find one person’s chat, but they delete themselves after 30 days.

Terms

You need to be at least 13 to use Yanah. By playing, you agree to these terms.

Midnight is an AI character. She can be wrong, and nothing she says is professional advice. If you’re ever in danger or need help, please contact local emergency services or someone you trust.

Please don’t try to break or overload the service, or use it to harass anyone or do anything illegal. We can limit or block access if you do.

The games and art belong to Yanah or the people who licensed them to us. Yanah is offered as it is. Games can change or stop, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it.

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
